Resources

At NMC Surfacing we continue to achieve corporate growth without compromising on the quality of our service and the standards that we set our workforce.

We recognise the importance of providing our workforce with modern plant and equipment, and we fully appreciate the benefit that this gives our company. Whilst purchasing and maintaining plant and equipment can be expensive , we accept this as a necessary compromise to produce self-sufficient work teams that are equipped for every type of surfacing, external maintenance and civils project, anywhere in the United Kingdom.

As part of our ongoing investment strategy, in the last twelve months we have invested in a new Bitelli BB740 paving machine, Dynapac 142 roller, Bomag 100 roller, CAT 80 roller, two Bobcat skidsteer loaders (including planing attachments) and two 7.5tn flatbed wagons with trailers. Our policy of continual reinvestment within the business allows us to progress with current technological advances, and enures that we remain at the forefront of our industry.

All of our fleet is fully maintained in accordance with manufacturers specifications and recommendations, and maintenance records and plant certificate copies can be made available on request. These are often supplied at the pre-contract stage along with any relevant Health and Safety information.

Having our own fleet of specialist plant and equipment helps us to meet our clients deadlines without delay, and as a direct result of this a high proportion of our workload is acquired through repeat custom.
